hello there
Consider us your trusty digital sidekicks, ready to lend a helping hand whenever you need us.
Caitlin and Caroline make my job what it should be!
They guide and support me in tasks that don’t give me as much life or take time away from the heart of my work. After working with them for just a month, I have so much more energy and clarity for my business and projects.
Meet Caroline, the fearless leader of Virtually Possible! As our Founder and CEO, Caroline brings her passion for organization and helping others to the forefront of everything we do. Originally an elementary school teacher with a specialty in reading and literacy, Caroline decided to switch gears and start her own business - and boy, are we glad she did!
When she's not busy leading the charge at VP, Caroline loves spending time with her hubby James, playing dress up with their adorable daughter, and snuggling their precious goldendoodle. On her "out of office" days, you can find Caroline soaking up the sun at the beach, sipping cocktails with her friends, or jet-setting to new and exciting destinations.
Caroline is all about crushing goals and helping our clients take back their precious free time. We're so lucky to have such a boss lady at the helm of Virtually Possible!
Heather is our fabulous Agency Manager here at Virtually Possible, currently residing in New Jersey with her husband and two little pups -- Oreo and Pretzel! She grew up in Georgia, went to school in Boston, and is now living out the dream she once had -- living 5 minutes from NYC, enjoying newlywed life, and doing a job she TRULY loves. Not only does she successfully support a variety of clients as our Agency Manager, but she has her own business as well!
Heather's motto? "I believe you should never work a day in your life," meaning, if she's going to do a job, she has to LOVE doing it! Heather is always putting her full heart in everything she does and gives her all to our clients and VA's here at Virtually Possible!

Say hello to Ann Alyse! Originally from Aiken, South Carolina, Ann Alyse is a natural people person with a heart for helping others and a knack for turning chaos into calm. She graduated from the College of Charleston Honors College in 2024 with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism- becoming the youngest graduate that year (at just 19!).
Before joining Virtually Possible, Ann Alyse gained years of experience in Charleston’s fast-paced event planning world, where she discovered her love for making things seamless, beautiful, and stress-free. She also gained project management skills as an intern at a local golf cart company in Williston, South Carolina- because whether it’s spreadsheets or schedules, she’s all about keeping things moving smoothly.
After graduation, she packed up her laptop and set out to see the world- traveling to 15 countries (and counting!) while supporting small business owners virtually. Her mission? To help entrepreneurs reclaim their time and focus on what they love, while she takes care of the rest.
When she’s not managing client tasks or color-coding a spreadsheet, you can find her soaking up the sun on a beach, reading a good book, or playing board games.
Ann Alyse brings energy, excellence, and a big smile to everything she does- and we’re so lucky to have her on the Virtually Possible team!
As a Chaos Coordinator, I take immense pride in my ability to effectively address a wide range of challenges. My diverse experiences, from organizing events for a thousand attendees to nurturing preschoolers and managing the vibrant dynamics of my household with my husband and two energetic boys, have equipped me with exceptional multitasking abilities. I thrive in high-pressure environments, driven by an insatiable desire for growth and learning in every situation I encounter. My affinity for connecting with people means I have yet to meet a stranger.
Outside of work, my husband, Don, and I have celebrated 18 wonderful years of marriage. During our cherished leisure time, we enjoy SEC sports and treasure moments spent with our sons, Beau (8) and Deacon (12 months), along with our loyal German Shepherd, Bandit!
You absolutely delivered!
The best part about working with you and your team is that you were able to jump right in without me spending a ton of time training. As a busy business owner, you have no idea how valuable that time savings was. I also trusted you to get the job done and you absolutely delivered!
